FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All of our items are made to order using direct-to-garment technology. This means that there is generally about a 72 hour period from the time your order is placed until we freshly print your items and then ship them out. We can’t guarantee this time frame, but it is what we constantly strive for so that you can get your order as soon as possible! We cannot guarantee an exact ship date or a specific shipping time.

Domestic: We ship all of our orders through UPS, USPS.  Most of our packages are shipped out First Class Mail and are delivered within 5-10 days *We are not responsible for any extra customs fees or tariffs you may have to pay. Please check with your local mail service to get a better sense of the fees that you may be charged prior to delivery.

At this time we don’t offer an expedited service. We work as fast as we can to get all orders out as soon as possible, but can’t guarantee your items will arrive by a certain day because all of our products are freshly made to order.

You have PayPal as an option to pay for your purchases, with the highest security standards in the industry, and they are as secure as you can get.

If you catch the mistake before you receive the shipping notification email, send us an email and we’ll do our best to get it changed for you! If you don’t catch the mistake before we ship the package, there is no way for us to change it. If you are having mail forwarded to a new address, please don’t send the order to the old address. The packages are not guaranteed to be forwarded.

We can usually adjust an order up to 2 hours after it has been placed. Send an email as soon as you realize a change needs to be made to hello@shopmimimiller.com. Someone will get back to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends) and let you know if the change can be made. There is no guarantee that we will be able to make the change, but we can always facilitate an exchange once you get your order.
