All items are shipped via USPS Mail. We do ship internationally; if you don't see your country supported, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with "international order" in the subject line to begin your order. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for taking care of the duties and taxes once it reaches the designated country.
All items ship out within 3-5 business days.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund or exchange. The returned/exchanged item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your return label to be eligible for a return or exchange. If item(s) are received outside of this timeframe, we will honor only an exchange. We ask that items be unworn with original tags and packaging.
U.S. based customers will be emailed a prepaid return label. International customers are responsible for paying for return shipping. Returns will be credited in the original form of payment once we have received the item(s).
NOTE: this excludes PREORDERED and FINAL SALE items. Preordered items may be exchanged. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or style, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will have you ship back your order and once we receive it, we will initiate a refund. At that point you can repurchase the correct size or style, if available. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to complete a refund/exchange in the same transaction.
