All items are shipped via USPS Mail. We do ship internationally; if you don't see your country supported, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with "international order" in the subject line to begin your order. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for taking care of the duties and taxes once it reaches the designated country.
All items ship out within 3-5 business days.
Our top priority is to ensure you are more than happy with your purchase and experience with us.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. We ask that items be unworn with original tags and packaging.
Please wait for us to acknowledge your return request before sending us your merchandise. U.S. based customers will be sent a prepaid return label. International customers are responsible for paying for return shipping. Returns will be credited in the original form of payment once we have received the item(s). International customers will receive their return less the cost of the original shipping fee.
NOTE: this excludes PREORDERED and FINAL SALE items. Preordered items may be exchanged. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or style, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will have you ship back your order and once we receive it, we will initiate a refund. At that point you can repurchase the correct size or style, if available. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to complete a refund/exchange in the same transaction.
DO YOU HAVE A BRICK AND MORTAR LOCATION?
At this time we do not have a storefront. However, we participate in as many pop-up shops in the DMV area as we can. We are looking to expand our reach within the year and participate in out of state pop-up shops and events as well.
DOES YOUR CLOTHING RUN TRUE TO SIZE?
Yes-many of our customers have applauded us on this! We also account for a little extra room in our styles so there's no need to go up a size. However, if the item you purchase doesn't fit the way you'd like, see above on how to make a return or exchange.
DO YOU ACCEPT WHOLESALE ORDERS?
At this time we sell direct-to-consumer so unfortunately we don't accept wholesale orders. However, we are happy to schedule trunk shows or discuss other options to offer your customer our products. Email us at email@example.com with "wholesale inquiry" in the subject line.
